The purpose of this policy
1. This policy describes how the National Space Flight Foundation Ltd ensures its responsible persons meet ACNC Standards 4 & 5.
2. This policy applies to and is used by Directors.

Records
4. Records provide documentary evidence of compliance with this procedure to interested parties such as Clients and Auditors.
(a) Letters of Appointment;
(b) Emails from Directors confirming they have conducted a check on proposed Responsible Persons on the ASIC register of banned persons; and
(c) Signed forms from proposed Directors accepting the appointment and confirming they have not been banned by ASIC or ACNC.
The policy
6. The policy is that all proposed Responsible Persons shall sign the following form before their appointment can be approved. In addition existing directors must confirm to the Secretary that at least one of them has conducted a search on the ASIC list of banned persons.
